Current Plan

I am currently doing a plan where I read one Psalm everyday and then I choose a random chapter from a random book of the Bible to read as well.  If I have the time, and more importantly, if God is leading me to read more, I either continue with the following chapter or I choose another random one.  I love my reading plan because it provides the structure that I need to get into the Word (if I don’t have a reading plan, I don’t read; it’s that simple), but it still gives me freedom and keeps me from being legalistic about reading the Bible.

At the moment, I am not blogging about my reading plan; however, I will be blogging about a Bible study group I am partaking in called Maranatha.  UND Fighting Sioux hockey player Rocco Grimaldi (on Twitter: @RGrimaldi23) recently started the group on Twitter and Facebook.  Occasionally, he posts verses to memorize and passages of Scripture to read.  Whenever we’re going through passages of the Bible, I’ll be posting my notes as blog entries.
